Deposits

To secure your appointment at Studio102, a 20% deposit is required for all bookings. This policy applies to appointments made through our online booking system and those scheduled in-person at our salon.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Upon scheduling your appointment, a deposit will be collected, which is later deducted from your total bill when you visit. Rest assured, this deposit is entirely refundable if you provide the necessary notice for cancellation.

For cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be promptly refunded or can be applied to reschedule another appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment's cost.

Clients that have previously not shown up to appointments with no contact will be charged a 50% deposit for future appointments.
